Q: What if we don’t have a shoe in stock?
A: By filling out the "Find Your Pear" form, we will do everything we can to track down your wanted pair ASAP!
Q: Where do you guys source your inventory from?
A: All of our products are purchased directly from authorized retailers. This guarantees that our customers receive 100% authentic shoes & brand new (all shoes are new unless clearly stated). The Fresh Pear does not sell fakes or variants of any kind. (However, we are not responsible for the manufacturing quality of an item). Our specialists guarantee the authenticity of every pair we sell.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. If there happens to be an issue with your order, please contact us ASAP. If you "chargeback" any order without contacting us first, we will assume this is fraud and have full discretion to take further legal action. Luckily, our team works with several third-party services to protect any such actions from taking place.
Q: Who do you ship through?
A: All of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed. Every order is shipped via UPS and tracking is provided within 24 hours of being shipped.
Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: There are various reasons as to why an order may be cancelled. However, we will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
